The training course promoted by Decom srl for the training of nine young welders has ended. The course was the result of a three-way partnership between Decom srl, the training company Progetto Azienda srl of Bellizzi, the center of excellence of the Istituto Italiano della Saldatura for the South Italy, that held the course, and the employment agency Direzione Lavoro Group SpA, which provided the course thanks to FormaTemp funds.

Great satisfaction was expressed by the general director, Eng. De Simone, in the moment of the final welding test:

“I was pleasantly amazed by the results obtained in such a short period of time [3 weeks, ed]. I must congratulate you guys, for the commitment you have put in place, and with the staff of Progetto Azienda, for the excellent work done. I wish you all good luck for whatever the road that opens up before you. Always remember: what will make the difference will be, in any case, the passion and dedication that you will put into the activities you are going to do.”

The initiative is at the center of a broader company policy of constant attention to the future, in which young people represent the cornerstone on which to build the Decom of tomorrow.
