The strategic importance of expanding the range of products offered to the market and entering new sectors has been underlined on several occasions. A first important result was achieved with the order for the manufacture of a sledge of a molding press that today, with its 63 tons, is the heaviest product ever produced in Decom. Its realization has been a challenge for every department of our production process, in particular for the handling and machining, challenges that have been accepted with enthusiasm as proof of our growth.

The administrator, Eng. Vincenzo De Simone, wanted to comment on this result:

“In the past years we have always received awards for the quality of our work and often, limited by the size of the old plant, we have had to refuse orders for important works like this. Today, thanks to the investments put in place, we feel extreme satisfaction for what has been achieved and I want to dedicate this goal to my father Salvatore who has always dreamed of what we are realizing today”.
